RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
 

You may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Returns of unused items are eligible for a full refund, minus shipping charges. You should receive your refund within 30 days, although most refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive and process your return. You are required to pay all shipping charges associated with returns and exchanges. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for items you are returning to us. Hand & Cloth reserves the right to refuse refunds on items that were purchased by check. These items may be returned for store credit only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

All items pictured on our online boutique are shipped from the United States. Hand & Cloth gladly accepts orders from around the world. However, our website does not automatically process international shipping orders.  Therefore, if your desired shipping address is outside of the United States, please contact Hand & Cloth via e-mail (see our contact page) with request for international shipments. Hand & Cloth will respond with International payment method and estimated shipping rates. Available products, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order:

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Hand & Cloth are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

 RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE
 

Hand & Cloth does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our processing center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Hand & Cloth does not take title to the refunded item. For more information about our returns and refunds, please see our Return/Exchange Policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within 5 days of receipt of your order, although most orders will be shipped sooner than that. Currently, we only have standard shipping available. If you would like to request expedited shipping please contact us before placing your order. We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $500.
